Rental Policy
We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, comfortable, safe and friendly experience. Our rental policy helps ensure our guests’ safety and enjoyment during their stay. Our policy may change from time to time, so please check back often.
- Parking for one car per unit – boat, atv, motorcycle trailers require prior approval
- Payment due upon arrival
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or cash
- Rates subject to change without notice, except on confirmed reservations
- Friday & Saturday nights require a 2-night minimum
- A major credit card on file is required to confirm the reservation
- Check in is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If arriving after 6:00 pm, guest must notify the office for special check-in arrangements
- Check out is until 11:00 am
- Guest accepts full responsibility for any and all damages to the room, its contents or other motel property.
- Guest acknowledges and agrees that costs for damages, including labor, will be charged to the credit card on file.
- We are Non-Smoking. Please see the Smoking Policy below.
- We allow dogs in a few rooms. Please see the Dog Policy below.
- Please review the Cancellation Policy below.
- No refunds for terminated stays.
Smoking Policy
- All rooms, porches, walkways and any area within 20 feet of buildings are NON-SMOKING.
- For the comfort of all guests, this policy is strictly enforced. Charges to the credit card on file up to $250 may be applied if smoking occurs.
- Designated smoking areas are provided away from the buildings as follows:
- Spring, Summer, Fall – patio area, firepit, in parking area or in your car
- Winter - in parking area or in your car
Dog Policy
- Dog rooms can be booked by calling the motel directly at 603-763-2701.
- Limited dog-friendly rooms are available for dogs under 75 lbs with a $20 per dog per night fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse certain dogs.
- Dogs left unattended in rooms must be crated at all times. ($150 cleaning fee will be assessed to the credit card on file if dogs are not crated)
- Housekeeping personnel will not enter a room a dog is occupying.
- Bathing/grooming of dogs is not permitted and will be subject to additional cleaning fees.
- Unattended/disruptive dogs may be removed from the property at the expense of the guest.
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times while on the property.
- Guest must pick up after their dogs. (They Poop, You Scoop!)
- Guest accepts full responsibility for any and all damages and/or soiling caused by dogs.
- Guest acknowledges and agrees that costs for repairs or additional cleaning including labor will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy
- Untimely cancellations may result in charges to the credit card on file.
- We understand certain cancellations may be unavoidable and being that guest satisfaction is our top priority, we make every attempt to accommodate guests with reservation changes or cancellations.
General Cancellations
(not valid for Room Block Reservations)
- Within 7 days of scheduled arrival – $25 cancellation fee
- Within 72 hours of scheduled arrival – fee of one-night stay.
- NO SHOWS – full charge of reserved stay
Room Block Cancellations
- 15 days or more from scheduled arrival – no charge
- Within 14 days of scheduled arrival– fee of one night’s stay per room
- NO SHOWS – full charge of reserved stay
